[MITgcm-devel] new testreport "-adm" option

Hi Patrick (& others),

I've added an "-adm" option to testreport that runs an adjoint version
instead of the normal forward version.  I got it to work (just once, it
probably needs more testing) using the source from checkpoint52a_post
since the current CVS version seems to be broken for the adjoint runs.

An example of the output it produces is shown below.  It compares the
number of similar digits in the cost function and the gradient against
the values in "results_ad/output.txt_adm".
