[MITgcm-devel] 2 exp. broken

The new genmake2 is also inconsistent with some ad-related stuff
(e.g. 'make adall' followed by 'make ftlall' which used to work).
I hope it can be fixed tomorrow morning.
Otherwise we should go back to the previous genmake2.
