If you can take over from here that would be great.

The backward compatibility option would require two definitions
of FREEZE, one with bi, bj, arguments, one without.  Also there
is a new bit in ini_theta that would need to be turned off.

I have not yet moved ICE_FORCING and ICE_FREEZE.  It's
better if you do that.  Look at the new FREEZE for an
example of how to set surfaceTendencyTice

I have not yet modified Qnet.

Finally, I was running verification experiments on faulks
last night, to generate the new output.txt, but run out
of disk space.

OK, I will assume you are taking these bits over, unless I
hear otherwise from you.
