[MITgcm-devel] ecco-banch is now history.

I take the 'Oups' back.
The failings for the c52 checkin's reproduce older failings
(checkpoint51t_post) on my machine (sea.mit.edu), cf. attachements.
(I couldn't reproduce the N/O incidence reported below).

So the failings either reflect platform dependence
or an older pre c51t problem.
