Three list comments

1. I'd prefer to have one list where we know everything that's not a CVS
message ends up. Now we have introduced devel we have everything execpt
devel going to support and then we have devel all on its own. Is that
what we want?

2. Could we also have the CVS messages go to a list. It would be nice to
have them archived in a browsable list i.e. mitgcm-cvs at dev.mitgcm.org

3. Can we eventually (soon?) have devel at mitgcm.org and
support at mitgcm.org as the places we tell people to e-mail, albeit with
forwarding to mitgcm-devel at dev.mitgcm.org and
mitgcm-support at dev.mitgcm.org - nobody will remember these long names.
