Description: When fresh water flux is applied (realFreshwater option with NonLinFreeSurf) must be added in solve_for_Pressure first (since it's implict) and consistently accounted for in thermodynamics during the next time step. 
a) Need to move the forcing (and sea-ice) after thermodynamics and before solve_for_p.
b) need to sort out the restart by
saving surface forcing into pickup file
c) check that all other pkgs (such as KPP) anfd the adjoint are O.K with this new implementation.
