Hi Jean-Michel,

Yes, you were right about the permissions.  I did:

  cd /u/u0/httpd/html/
  chgrp -R gcmpack devel_HOWTO
  chmod -R g+w devel_HOWTO
  find ./devel_HOWTO -type d -print | xargs chmod g+s 

and that should (finally!) take care of it.
