Ed, the web site looks good.

For some reason I am not experiencing the blank links that Chris
complained about.

The two links that I use the most are the HTML-enabled CVS code browser
for the main branch (which now requires one additional click) and the
online MITgcm manual (where is it?).  Any chance you could add direct
links on the main page for these two items?
