I meant to say "potential" headache and specifically for the sea-ice
dynamics and advection-diffusion equations.  I haven't gotten around
to testing the non-orthogonal grid yet but hope to do so before the
end of this week.  The figure I sent you was generated with
orthogonal grid and with no surface forcing.  We had just got the large
problem to work correctly with mpi and that's what I was
excited about.

For the ocean equations, which components of the model equations will be
affected by non-orthogonality?
