cleaning:
- add DEVEL option (flag taken from linux_amd64_ifort11) ;
- add flag to get compiler version ;
- do not set FFLAGS (done in genmake2) but append to it ;
- remove "-DALWAYS_USE_MPI" ; set MPIINCLUDEDIR for MPI DIVA (using TAF.
