- with INCLUDE_IMPLVERTADV_CODE defined, also call MOM_U,V_IMPLICIT_R &
  GAD_IMPLICIT_R  (instead of IMPLDIFF) when just implicitViscosity and
  implicitDiffusion (respectively) are used (even without momImplVertAdv
  or temp,salt,PTRACERS_ImplVertAdv).
