- cost_gencost_boxmean.F: add kgen loop, simplify display
- ecco.h: add eccoVol_0 array for use in ecco_phys.F
- ecco_check.F: set eccoVol_0 to initial volume
- ecco_phys.F: prepare for volume weighted averaging
  (using tmpVol and eccoVol_0; bu not active yet)
