Log Message:

- PROFILES_SIZE.h: rm CPP switch in NUM_INTERP_POINTS setting.
- profiles_init_fixed.F: determine iINTERP (integer up to
  NUM_INTERP_POINTS) per file; improve summary in STDOUT.
- profiles_readparms.F: if data.profiles does not contain
  specifications of prof_names and prof_namesmod then
  revert to prof_T/S, theta/salt as default names; check
  consistency between prof_names and prof_namesmod settings.
