Update of /u/gcmpack/MITgcm_contrib/gael/verification/global_oce_llc90/results_itXX
In directory baudelaire:/srv/scratch/gforget/MITgcm/verification/global_oce_llc90/results_itXX
Added Files:
testreport_checkpoint64t.mat testreport_checkpoint64v.mat
testreport_ecco.m testreport_iter10.mat testreport_iter9.mat
testreport_release1.mat testreport_write.m
Log Message:
=> introduce 20 year testreport framework
- testreport_ecco.m is the instrumental matlab script
- testreport_write.m allows for creation of reference result (mat file)
- testreport_*.mat are reference results
=> testreport_checkpoint64t.mat differs from testreport_release1.mat
simply due to an update in pleiades processors (now ivy bridge) whereas
results changed in testreport_checkpoint64v.mat due to MITgcm revision
(due to seaice code I think). Thus
checkpoint64t (compared with release1/iter11)
--------------------------------------------------------------
& jT & jS & mH & mT & mS & OV & (reference is) \\
r4it11.redo & 6 & 6 & 5 & 5 & 5 & 5 & release1 \\
--------------------------------------------------------------
checkpoint64v (compared with checkpoint64t)
--------------------------------------------------------------
& jT & jS & mH & mT & mS & OV & (reference is) \\
r4it11.redo & 3 & 3 & 2 & 2 & 2 & 1 & checkpoint64t \\
--------------------------------------------------------------
=> all reference results were generated using double precision grid.
Switching to single precision grid commonly found in run directories :
release1 (single prec various/) compared with release1 (double prec GRID/)
-----------------------------------------------------------
& jT & jS & mH & mT & mS & OV & (reference is) \\
iter11 & Inf & Inf & 7 & 6 & 6 & 6 & release1 \\
