- do not include "CPP_EEOPTIONS.h" (already included from CPP_OPTIONS.h
- add include "PACKAGES_CONFIG.h" (so that standard CPP_OPTIONS.h can
  be used, without PACKAGES_CONFIG.h beeing included there).
