- consistent treatment of uWind,vWind location: assume everywhere in
  pkg/cheapaml that they are on C-grid (@ uVel,vVel location)
  (Note: was already the case for Tair,Qair advection);
- fill in array "Qsw" (for short-wave heating);
- add diagnostic for precip ;
