third and last step of implementing EVP* of Lemieux et al. (2012):
change computation of denom1 from 1/(1+0.5*dt/tau) to a/(a+1) with
a=2*tau/dt. This change changes the value of denom1 in lab_sea.hb87 by
1.11022302462515654E-016, and reduces the agreement with the reference
result to 2 digits for cg2d
