Change diagnostics of total angular momentum:
- do not add Eta contribution if using rigid-lid;
- correction for Adams-Bashforth done in zonal-wind part (instead of
  in Eta contribution);
- horizontal discretisation: compute Zonal wind contribution separately for
  each component (instead of from cell centered averaged) and, regarding
  Eta contribution, use the 4 grid-cell corner averaged value of Omega*r^2;
In the linear dynamics case (momAdvection=F and linear FreeSurf),
 get exact conservation of AM if using vectorInvariant momentum.
