- get log-file I/O unit from MITCOUPLER_INIT (in initialise.F) and pass 
  it as output argument to main program (coupler.F) and also to S/R
   CPL_READ_PARAMS and SET_RUNOFFMAP
- merge receive_component_configs.F and sendout_component_configs.F 
   in one S/R EXCH_COMPONENT_CONFIGS to also check for coupler-config
   consistency with other compon (calling new S/R CPL_CHECK_CPLCONFIG).
