- gcmfaces_bindata.m
  implement consistency test between mytri and mygrid; then 
  recompute mytri if inconsistency, or if it is empty.
- gcmfaces_loc_tile.m (new)
  complement the location of data points on the grid. Starting
  with either lon/lat location or grid tile indices, returns both.
