- calc_UV_div.m (revised) : fix comment to indicate that the 
  result is actually the convergence, rather than the divergence 
  as suggested by the routine name.
- calc_budget_mean_mask.m (added) : compute budget of 
  cont=zconv+hconv, on average over masked region
- calc_budget_mean_zonal.m (added) : compute budget of 
  cont=zconv+hconv, on average over latitute bands
