for TARGET_NEC_SX fix the treatment of the scale factor:
- instead of multiplying the resutls with tmpFac, multiply the inpArr
  with tmpFac. I have no idea, why this did not work for diagnostics 
  such as TRELAX or surForcT, that are called with
  diagnostics_scale_fill, but the new treatment works.
