- fix bug: without multi-dim advection, areaNm1 & hEffNm1 were not   
  filled when resp. SEAICEadvArea-F & SEAICEadvHeff=F ; butt needed
  in seaice_growth (with SEAICE_GROWTH_LEGACY).
- remove from common block areaNm1 & hEffNm1 when SEAICE_GROWTH_LEGACY is undef
