Log Message:
- no need to put here ALLOW_AUTODIFF_OPENAD in DEFINES list (like in
  other oad optfile)
- move '-g' from non-ieee FOPTIM to ieee FOPTIM ; 
- non-ieee: change also optimisation level from -O0 to -O3 (like in 
  the non MPI optfile).
- do not set FFLAGS but add flags to it (this is the standard way).
