update experiments after recent modification in set_parms.F and
calc_phi_hyd.F:
- update gendata.m to generate new phi0surf
- update phi0surf
- update output
- note that for "icefront", I simply used phi0surf.exp1.jmd95z and set
it to zero where there is open water (that was the difference between
the corresponding files before the update)
