consolidate treatment of grid throughout the computation/display procedure
- rm reLoadGrid stuff
- call basic_diags_ecco.m with 'GRID' as the diag. set, and write basic_diags_ecco_mygrid.mat
  that includes e.g.  LATS in mygrid, and myparms contains physical params for budgets
- then systematically reload basic_diags_ecco_mygrid.mat
- remove grid_load call in comp_driver.m, replace with call to basic_diags_ecco.m for 'GRID'
