-fix loop range in 2 places (avoid array out-of-bounds index values);
-move nesting arrays out of GRID.h into new header file "NEST_SHARED.h"
 (+ rename TRANSPORT_OVEST,_EST -> TRANSPORT_WEST,_EAST );
-add Debug Msg when entering/leaving this S/R (which contains MPI calls);
-include NEST_PARENT_OPTIONS.h (instead of PACKAGES_CONFIG.h + CPP_OPTIONS.h)
