collect all diagnostics variables in order to reduce number of output
streams in order to avoid many netcdf file that have only one variable
in them, beacuse NEC SX8 requires a lot of RAM to create a netcdf, and
it makes running testreport awkward, when I need more than 32GB of RAM
for this little test
