rename ggl90_do_diags.F --> ggl90_output.F & GGL90_DIAGS.h --> GGL90_TAVE.h
add a STOP if MULTIPLE_RECORD_GGL90_STATE_FILES is defined 
(until it get fixed) ; remove PLOT_FIELD_XYZ calls.
