Some fine tuning of conclusions.
No need to rub in that Kauker et al. beat us to the punch
also in the conclusions.  I have transferred discussion
of their paper to intro.
I don't think we have sufficient grounds to claim that free-slip
is better than no-slip.  I have reworded accordingly.
