Created dataSelectionSimple.html, which is an html readme with instructions
for OPeNDAP, FTP, and MATLAB. Benji copied this file from
/data5/ecco2_web_site/ecco2.jpl.nasa.gov, where it was originally made. Now
that the file has been copied to /home/web/products, it is being added to CVS.
