o pkg/exf:
  - add a little more diagnostic to exf_interp_read (in analogy to 
    mds_read_field, can be turned off with debugLevel < debugLevA=1)
  - improve vectorizability of exf_interp for TARGET_NEC_SX, makes code
    ugly but fast (vectorization is not yet complete)
