new S/R FIND_RHO_2D (replace FIND_RHO):
 change argument tFld & sFld to just 2-D local-tile slice arrays
  (+ same changes in all S/R called by FIND_RHO)
for now, keep old S/R FIND_RHO (which just call new S/R FIND_RHO_2D)
