- fix uninitialised variable problem (hDiv, call FILL_CS_CORNER_TR_RL)
- change compution index range: a) more uniform accross S/R. and 
  b) in some cases, allows to call exch_uv less often
    (e.g.: call exch_uv 1 time less in case Olx=Oly=2 and nShapUV=4.)
