	the_main_loop.F_merged 
Log Message:
A merged version between stripped-down OpenAD code and main repository.
This version needs testing with both OpenAD and TAF,
then clean-up in terms of
o TIME_PER_TIMESTEP, USE_PAPI_FLOPS, ...
o TAF-specific code
o OpenAD-specific code
The cleaned version should then go to main repos. model/src/
