Log Message:
add calc_oce_mxlayer to routines to be transformed (it is not in the TAF diff list so we have to add it here)
	it is easier to do it this way because then we don't need to worrry about the use of active variables 
	and calls to other transformed routines  
keep exch_cube routines from being transformed.
