- fix the muti-threading with master-thread IO : use AIM_WRITE_PHYS
    instead of AIM_WRITE_LOCAL.
- fix MNC snap-shot (multi-tiles was wrong ; not compiling if #undef 
    ALLOW_CLR_SKY_DIAG); tested and identical to MDS output.
- no attempt to get MNC snap-shot in multi-threaded config; aim_tend.*.nc
   still to be fixed.
