Log Message:
Adapt interpickups to be much more reliable regarding topography.  Now uses the inpaint_nans.m interpolation (which is now added to repository with the permission of the author) to fill through topography.  Then, new topography is used to zero the fields.  This should allow seamounts or walls to appear and dissapear between pickup files without unexpected consequences.
