[MITgcm-cvs] recent changes to verification/aim.5l_cs

Hi folks,

I just checked in four tiny changes to verification/aim.5l_cs that:

 1) have no effect on the way that it currently runs,
 2) makes it easier to switch on and test MNC, and
 3) was missing a comment in the CVS checkin as I 
      accidentally hit return twice  :-/
