Log Message:
Modified to generalize DIVA included MPI files via the MPI_HEADER_FILES_INC
variable setup in the optfile. MPIINCLUDEDIR also needs to be defined in the
optfile, otherwise MPIHOME (if found) is used to set it. The default MPIHOME
is /usr. For example on Altix systems MPI_HEADER_FILES_INC is
'./mpi_headers/mpif_parameters.h ./mpi_headers/mpif.h ./mpi_headers/mpiof.h'
