o added deltaTfreesurf (as done in the main branch)
  - we can now run the global4x4 experiment with a tracer timestep of
    2days (instead 12h)
  - deltaTfreesurf replace deltaTmom in a few places, I left the 
    (commented out) original lines for reference.
  - deltaTfreesurf=deltaTtracer is hard-coded. This is different from
    the main branch but should be the default.
o cg2d output reduced, controlled by monitorFreq as in the main branch.
