Log Message:
 o cpl_aim+ocn with mnc output from the ocn_compon_interf package
   - works on itrda w/g77 (see: verification/cpl_aim+ocn/itrda_notes.txt)
   - needs testing on cg01 (must remove the mpirun "-wd" option from 
     the run_cpl_test script)
