[Aces-support] what's wrong with GEO's queues?

 qsub -I -l nodes=1 -q long  -N KS_TdepAnisoNN
qsub: waiting for job 207819.geo to start

on Q for 10 minutes already. Other jobs submitted to this queue 20 
minutes ago actually went through very quickly.
