[Aces-support] what's wrong with GEO's queues?

Hi
All day I've noticed something strange -
when I submit interactive jobs to geo's "long" queue, the don't start 
(even after two hours!). If I submit the same job to "four-twelve" - it 
starts in less than a minute. "four" - can't start either.
There are only very few people using geo's nodes now. so why doesn't the 
"long" queue work?
