[Aces-support] my job still can't work on geo

hello yangz-

yes, i have received and read every
message that you have sent. i have also
been working to diagnose and resolve
these issues. i do not, however, have
any free time until after 1500h today.

so, unless this is an emergency, then
you will have to patient a bit longer. 

i fully understand that this is frustrating,
but i am typing as quickly as i can.
