hello yangz-

are you running matlab in a job via the
queuing-system ? at the moment, eg, you
are running matlab on ae34-500-128, but 
"illegally". this matlab process is about
to die, etc. 

iirc, there is a section on the aces-wiki
about running matlab on the clusters...
