[Aces-support] Hard disk are not available

Hi,

Today I tried logging into the scratch storage on

/net/ds-01/scratch-0/yangz
/net/ds-01/scratch-5/yangz

But I couldn't, it even made my terminals die at that moment. I have lots of data on that two disks. I wonder when they can recover to normal.
