[Aces-support] number of jobs per user per queue

Hi,
I'm trying to run some fortran code on ao, on the mediumlong queue.
>From what I understand using qstat -q, I should be able to run up to 10 jobs.
However, only 3 will run, everything else gets put in the queue.

As far as I can tell, using showres, none of the nodes are reserved. According
to qstat -an, no-one else had anything queued or running so the nodes I am
trying to use seem to be free.

Can anyone help me out?
