[Aces-support] MATLAB 6r13 license manager is not working

MATLAB license manager for version 6r13 is not working as an error shown below.
Could you please fix it?

MATLAB is unable to connect to the license server.
Make sure the SERVER line in your license file is correct.
Have your MATLAB administrator verify that the license manager is running and
validate network services.
