[Aces-support] error on my aces home account

Hello,
I have a rather serious problem with my aces account (peteri), which I think I
caused myself.
I ran a simulation about 10 minutes ago on ao.acesgrid.org and I got an
"journaling" error message. I am now effectively locked out of the directory
that I was running it in (/home/peteri/run_0507-01_tr1). I can go to the
directory, but when I type "ls" I get the error:
ls: reading directory .: Input/output error
I tried logging out and back in and when I log on I get the following errors:
/usr/X11R6/bin/xauth: error in locking authority file home/peteri/.Xauthority
init.c(375):ERROR:50: Cannot open file '' for 'append'
I tried removing the entire directory, but get the error:
rm: cannot remove `run_0507-01_tr1': Read-only file system
I tried altering the permissions on the directory using chmod, but I don't even
have access to this command!
My sincere apologies for any problems that my simulation caused. It was working
fine before, and then I made a minor code change before restarting the
simulation. In my haste I didn't test the change on my own system before
starting the simulation on the cluster. Will avoid that in the future. Sorry
about that.
Can you help me fix this? Please note that the offending directory,
run_0507-01_tr1, can be deleted. Thanks in advance for your help.
Peter
